About Us

Lauren Fabrizio, ATR-BC, LCAT, LPAT
Creative Arts Therapist, Practice Owner
Lauren is a licensed and board-certified Creative Arts Therapist. Her specialties include treating eating disorders, trauma, and anxiety. In addition, she supports clients in creative pursuits, career, and financial empowerment, as well as issues regarding relationships and sexuality/sexual function.
Lauren’s passion lies in helping people to become empowered and achieve balance and fulfillment in their lives. She believes in a trauma-informed, somatically oriented, and client-centered approach. Lauren works intuitively; blending talk therapy with art therapy techniques and embodiment practices.
After receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography & Imaging from New York University, Lauren worked for two years in photo editing for various magazines. She found herself yearning to work directly with people, in order to have a more meaningful impact. This led her to leave the corporate world and pursue her Masters degree in Art Therapy from the School of Visual Arts, which she completed in 2009.
Lauren has since led art therapy groups and coordinated programs at several treatment centers. Lauren has been working in private practice since 2012.
Along the way, Lauren has continued to follow her path of personal growth, empowerment, and healing. Lauren has trained in intuitive healing methods and completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training. Most recently, she has completed somatically integrated training at the Embodied Recovery Institute. She is always grateful for all of the teachers and healers who have crossed her path, including her clients, whose journeys she has been honored to witness.

Jennifer Signet Yovino, LCAT, LPAT, ATR-BC
Creative Arts Therapist
Jennifer is a licensed and board certified creative arts therapist with over 10 years experience in the mental health field. She became a therapist because being a human is hard, and we all need support, connection, and understanding. Jennifer values people trusting her with their challenges in life, and she is genuinely committed towards supporting clients’ mental health needs. Her hope is that this will be a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe. When you leave a session with Jennifer, you may feel like you are not holding onto everything alone, and that you have someone on your team.
Everyone takes away something different from therapy, and Jennifer will work together with you in figuring out what works best. If deciding to make art during sessions, Jennifer will offer materials that she intuitively feels could help you in areas such as self-expression, grounding, anxiety management, self-understanding, and emotional processing. No prior experience with the arts is necessary, and Jennifer will guide as needed.
Jennifer graduated from Saint Michael's College in Vermont with a Master's in Clinical Psychology, and went on to complete a Master's in Art Therapy and Creativity Development at Pratt Institute in New York. Jennifer specialize in self-esteem, life transitions, anxiety, relationship issues, disordered eating, and trauma. She is body inclusive and LGBTQ+ affirming.
Jennifer’s approach is creative, client-centered, and collaborative. She believes that healing and growth are always possible.
