How It Works

Virtual & In Person
We can see you virtually through our HIPPA-compliant platform. We provide telehealth sessions in New York, New Jersey, Virginia, and Maryland, and we also offer in-person sessions on Long Island, NY.
Out of Network & Self Pay
We are not in-network with any insurance providers. Depending on your policy, you may have out-of-network mental health benefits that could provide reimbursement for our sessions. We are happy to provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

We also offer sliding scale rates based on need.
Good Faith Estimate Notice

Effective 1/1/2022, a new federal law called the “No Surprises Act” was enacted. This law requires us to provide you with a “good faith estimate” of the total cost of your treatment. Estimating the total cost of psychiatric and psychotherapy treatment is difficult because the course of treatment varies for everyone. In psychiatry and psychotherapy, there are a handful of CPT codes (billing codes) that can be used and the prices for those codes may vary by practitioner. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. We will provide you with a document outlining your rights and estimated fees at least one business day before your service. You can also ask your provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
